CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS WITH TUHOME
In the event of a reservation cancellation, a penalty percentage will be applied, based on the amount paid, depending on the advance notice of the cancellation.
Days in advance - penalty percentage.
0-7 days ---- 100%
8-15 days --- 75%
16-30 days -- 50%
More than 30 days -- 10% of the reservation amount for management fees.
In the event that TuHome must cancel the reservation due to force majeure, the guest will be offered a change of dates, another accommodation of the same type (subject to availability), or a full refund of the amount paid.
If cancellation occurs after the guest has checked in, the guest must pay the full amount for all reserved services.
