Very close to the Renfe commuter train that connects to the airport and Malaga. Surrounded by all services, as well as a wide range of dining and leisure options, it is one of the fastest-growing destinations in recent years.

The quality is also evident in its services: an outdoor cinema, massage and paddle-surfing areas, and the water parks located in the water. All of this adds a great appeal to the area, ideal for all ages and lifestyles.

Living Space
It features a spacious living-dining room with a sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed, a TV, and access to a first sunny terrace with beautiful side views of the sea.

The bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning. The master bedroom, as well as the second twin bedroom, have direct access to a second, spacious sunny terrace. All windows are double-glazed, insulating them from noise and temperature changes. There are blackout blinds and curtains to ensure a good night's sleep.

The fully equipped, independent kitchen has all the appliances for a truly relaxing vacation. Kitchenware includes a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher, among others. There is a separate, outdoor laundry room, ideal for storing beach accessories, which is just a few steps from the apartment. A luxury!

The building has open parking (uncovered) and *subject to availability*, in a gated complex. High-speed internet access is available throughout the home.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS WITH TUHOME
In the event of a reservation cancellation, a penalty percentage will be applied, based on the amount paid, and depending on the advance notice of the cancellation.

Days in advance - penalty percentage.

0-7 days ---- 100%
8-15 days --- 75%
16-30 days -- 50%

More than 30 days -- 10% of the reservation amount for management fees.

In the event that TuHome must cancel the reservation due to force majeure, the guest will be offered a change of dates, another accommodation of the same type (subject to availability), or a full refund of the amount paid.

If cancellation occurs after the guest has checked in, the guest must pay the full amount for all reserved services.
