Large living-dining room with TV and comfortable sofas, overlooking the fantastic terrace overlooking the Paseo Marítimo Rey de España. All in an idyllic setting where the sea and tranquility are the formula for an unforgettable summer.

The bedrooms are double and very spacious. The master bedroom has a double bed (two 90 cm beds joined together) facing the terrace with morning sun. The second bedroom has a trundle bed and a single bed. Both have wardrobes and air conditioning.

The kitchen is carefully designed with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, and all kitchenware.
From the living room and the master bedroom, you can access the over 20-square-meter terrace, complete with a table and armchairs. Sun loungers are also provided for use on the terrace.

The bathrooms are spacious and exterior; one has a shower and the other a bathtub.

The building has open parking (uncovered) and, depending on availability, a gated parking lot. High-speed internet access is available throughout the home.

Excellent location for walking. A wide range of tourist attractions and excellent dining options in a lively yet peaceful setting.

In the event of a reservation cancellation, a penalty percentage will be applied, based on the amount paid, depending on the advance notice of the cancellation.

Days in advance = penalty percentage.

0-7 days ---- 100%
8-15 days --- 75%
16-30 days -- 50%

More than 30 days -- 10% of the reservation amount for management fees.

In the event that TuHome must cancel the reservation due to force majeure, the guest will be offered a change of dates, another accommodation of the same type (subject to availability), or a full refund of the amount paid.

When the cancellation occurs after the guest has checked in, the guest must pay the full amount for all reserved services.
