CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS WITH TUHOME
In the event of cancellation of a booking, a percentage penalty will be applied to the amount paid, depending on how far in advance the booking is cancelled.

Days in advance - penalty percentage.

0-7 days ---- 100 %
8-15 days --- 75 %
16-30 days -- 50 %

More than 30 days -- 10 % of the amount of the reservation for management fees.

In the event that TuHome has to cancel the reservation due to force majeure, the client will be offered a change of dates, another accommodation of the same type (subject to availability) or a full refund of the amount paid.

When the cancellation occurs once the client is staying at the establishment, the client must pay the full amount of all the services booked.
