The fully equipped kitchen is semi-open to the dining room.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a full en-suite bathroom, and access to the terrace. The second and third bedrooms are double and each have two single beds.

There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and space for hanging clothes.

The house has central air conditioning.

The apartment has an assigned covered outdoor parking space.

The Los Iris residential complex has an adult pool, a children's pool, and well-kept gardens throughout the complex.

The Los Iris residential complex is ideally located with easy access to all amenities. It is next to the Cerrado del Águila Golf Course, an excellent restaurant, a hair salon, and a gym. There are also paddle tennis courts for sports.

The distances are short and easy to reach the main attractions: 4 minutes from the town center of Fuengirola, its beaches, and the Miramar Shopping Center. Furthermore, all services and shops, leisure facilities, and public and private health centers can be reached in less than 5 minutes.

La Cala de Mijas (the iconic former fishing village) is just 6 kilometers away. Málaga International Airport is 25 minutes away, and the center of Marbella is 25 minutes away.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS WITH TUHOME
In the event of a reservation cancellation, a penalty percentage will be applied, based on the amount paid, and depending on the advance notice of the cancellation.

Days in advance - penalty percentage.

0-7 days ---- 100%
8-15 days --- 75%
16-30 days -- 50%

More than 30 days -- 10% of the reservation amount for management fees.

In the event that TuHome must cancel the reservation due to force majeure, the guest will be offered a change of dates, another accommodation of the same type (subject to availability), or a full refund of the amount paid.

If cancellation occurs after the guest has checked in, the guest must pay the full amount for all reserved services.
