There is low-energy central air conditioning with heating and cooling. The entire apartment is very well equipped and has a contemporary design.

Ideal for enjoying a comfortable stay this winter in an authentic setting, with everything you need close at hand and a location that allows you to walk anywhere in Los Boliches.
